Could we see another Russell Wilson break through camp out of nowhere and win the starting job?
That may be the possibility in Oakland at Raiders camp with undrafted free agent quarterback Matt McGloin, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortenson.
Here’s the report from Rotoworld:
ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reported on NFL 32 that undrafted rookie QB Matt McGloin has made a “huge impression” on Raiders brass at OTAs and is a candidate to climb the depth chart.
The way I look at it, it’s nice to finally see a much-heated quarterback competition for the Raiders. It’s still very early to say that McGloin will be the starting quarterback day one, but if he has continued success through out camp and in the preseason, then it could end up being a sure thing.
